The present invention provides novel crystalline forms of a nucleoside compound and salts thereof, which belongs to the technical field of medicines. The nucleoside compound is compound ATV014. The present invention focuses on investigating whether compound ATV014 has multiple solid forms. Surprisingly, it is discovered that compound ATV014 exists in a variety of stable solid forms, comprising: ATV-014 free base crystalline form I, ATV-014 hydrochloride crystalline form I, ATV-014 hydrochloride crystalline form II, ATV-014 hydrochloride crystalline form III, ATV-014 hydrochloride crystalline form IV, ATV-014 hydrobromide crystalline form I, and ATV-014 p -toluenesulfonate crystalline form I. The provided novel crystalline forms of the compound ATV014 free base and salts thereof have good solubility and thermal stability, and better bioavailability and dissolution curve in a specific preparation; and which are suitable for use in a specific pharmaceutical preparation due to the good permeability and thermal stability thereof.
