The composition is typically an ophthalmic aqueous solution containing relatively high concentrations of olopatadine solubilized within the solution. The composition is preferably capable of providing enhanced relief from symptoms of ocular allergic conjunctivitis, particularly late phase symptoms of ocular allergic conjunctivitis.
