A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising the triazolyl methyl ester of acid [5S-(5R*,8R*,10R*,11R*)]-10-hydroxi-2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-1-[2-(1-methylethyl)-4-thiazolyl]-3,6-dioxo-8,11-bis(phenylmethyl)-2,4,7,12-tetraazatridecan-13-oic and a compound which enables the penetration of the gastrointestinal fluid in said composition, which is selected from among the group comprising silicates and silica oxide, and a process for the manufacturing of said composition, which comprises a kneading step in which the speed and time of addition of the solvent is thoroughly controlled.
