In a solid pharmaceutical preparation containing 1) a basic medicinal component having an unpleasant taste; 2) a saccharide; 3) a polyanionic polymer; 4) a corrigent; and 5) carboxymethylcellulose, the unpleasant taste of the basic medicinal component having an unpleasant taste can be satisfactorily masked and excellent properties such as quick disintegration, appropriate preparation strength and high storage stability over a long period of time, etc., can be achieved.
