USPTO Abstract
An interactive bio-feedback system (10) to support the collection of a plurality of physiological parameter values (information) of a subject (12) being monitored. The physiological parameter information collected and processed to determine and present a continuous succession of presentation states possibly multimedia in nature, and to enhance the bio-feedback capability of the system (10). The system (10) enhances the ability of the subject (12) to monitor and self-regulate and alter her or his present physiological state. The system (10) is comprised of a digitizing camera (28) arranged to continually capture the image of the subject (12). A computing means (22) is included and is operatively coupled to the digitizing camera (28) to receive the image information of the subject (12). A plurality of physiological parameter sensors (16, 18) each sensor arranged to sense at least one physiological parameter value, are suitably coupled to the computing means (22) to enable the collection of the physiological parameter value information provided by sensors (16, 18).
