Also described are methods of making and treating patients using said liposomes. The method of preparation consists in adding the composition to a first lipid component in the bottle in order to obtain an emulsion, in adding the composition to a second lipid component in the bottle in order to obtain a second emulsion, and in mixing these emulsions in order to obtain an emulsion. to form a chimeric emulsion.
