Pharmazeutisches Präparat, enthaltend (a) eine antibakteriell wirksame Verbindung, und (b) eine wirksame Menge eines resorptionsverstärkenden 2-Komponenten-Systems, das als erste Komponente (b 1) einen Aether aus einem C₆-C₁₈-Alkohol und Polyoxyäthylenglykol und als zweite Komponente entweder (b 2-1) einen Polyoxyäthylenglykol-C₆-C₁₈-carbonsäure­glyzeridester, oder (b 2-2) eine C₆-C₁₈-Carbonsäure oder ein pharmazeutisch anwendbares Salz davon, oder (b 2-3) einen Ester aus zwei oder mehr C₆-C₁₈-Carbon­säuren, Glyzerin und einem Polyoxyäthylenglykol.
