The device for withdrawing active substances applied locally against solid tumors consists of a catheter (1) to be positioned distal to the tumor for the recovery of blood from the tumor, of a pump (2) and a catheter (3) connected thereto and returning blood to the body. The device is characterized in that between the two catheters (1, 3) there is at least one container (4) allowing the blood to pass through, and containing immobilized substances having a high affinity, against the active substance applied.
