本发明公开了两种尼洛替尼游离碱新晶型及其制备方法,所述两种尼洛替尼游离碱晶型分别为游离碱晶型X和游离碱晶型Y。游离碱晶型X在X射线粉末衍射图谱中,在衍射角2θ为6.31°,8.62°,12.63°,13.32°,14.39°,15.30°,17.28°,18.12°,18.99°,19.46°,20.88°,21.51°,22.57°,23.02°,24.47°,25.13°,27.72°,33.16°处具有衍射峰。游离碱晶型Y在X射线粉末衍射图谱中也提供了在相应衍射角处的衍射峰。本发明提供的两种游离碱晶型X和Y在磷酸二氢钠缓冲液中的溶解度较游离碱晶型A分别提高了4.01倍和1.07倍,有利于药物在胃肠道的吸收,而且稳定性佳,制备工艺简单且不需要溶剂,具有成为药用晶型的潜力。
