ABSTRACT A device to check the quality and dosage of anesthetic dispensing device that is used for the application of anesthetic fluids using a spray nozzle is provided. This device can be adapted for use in the oral cavity and upper tracheal area of a medical patient prior to intubation of such patient. The present device comprises of a camera system, a stroboscopic lighting system, and an image analysis software.
