The present disclosure relates to therapies for the treatment of a disorders characterized by a disorder-associated antigen (DAA); vaccination methods are disclosed. In particular, the disclosure describes anti-CD25 ADC molecular adjuvants for use in inducing or enhancing a subject's immune response against a DAA, allowing for treatment of the disorder characterized by the DAA.
