An injection device for a first pre-filled container having a first medication and a second pre-filled container having a second medication, comprising an engagement assembly removably engageable to the first pre-filled container and the second pre-filled container, the injection device having a plunger rod movably disposed within the injection device, wherein with the injection device engaged with the first pre-filled container, the injection device is configured to automatically actuate the plunger rod to expel the first medication from the first pre- filled container, and wherein, with the injection device engaged with the second pre-filled container, the injection device is adapted to automatically actuate the plunger rod to expel the second medication from the second pre-filled container.
