USPTO Abstract
The objective of the present invention is to provide a ligand-binding fiber formed by immobilizing a ligand having an affinity with a cell membrane receptor on a fiber precursor, and to provide, using said ligand-binding fiber, a cell culture substrate with which amplification of cells expressing a specified cell membrane receptor can be carried out repeatedly in vitro. Provided is a ligand-binding fiber that includes a ligand having an affinity with a cell membrane receptor, and a fiber precursor being bound to said ligand.
