Also disclosed are systems and methods for using the device, including systems having fluid reservoirs and simple negative pressure mechanisms as well as methods for using them. The devices, systems and methods disclosed herein are easy to fabricate and can deliver variable doses in a simple, effective, patient-friendly, cost-effective and disposable manner.
