The present invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions containing a therapeutically effective amount of an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient ("API"), a pharmaceutically acceptable cyclodextrin and a pharmaceutically acceptable preservative. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions of the compounds of Formula (I) wherein R2 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, sec-butyl and tert-butyland a pharmaceutically acceptable cyclodextrin and preservative.
