The invention further relates to the tautomers, stereoisomers and salts thereof, especially the physiologically salts with inorganic or organic acids or bases thereof, having valuable pharmacological properties, especially an inhibitory effect on tyrosine kinase mediated signal transduction. The invention further relates to the use of said compounds for treating diseases, especially tumor diseases, diseases of the lungs and the respiratory tract, and to the production of said compounds.
