Furthermore, described herein is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline hydrate form of LNP023 hydrochloride, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The pharmaceutical composition described herein can be used to treat a disease and disorder mediated by complement activation.
