Provided are a pharmaceutical composition of a kappa opioid receptor agonist, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a compound represented by formula (I), a stereoisomer thereof, a metabolite thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and an optional osmotic pressure regulator, adjusted to pH 3.0-5.0 with hydrochloric acid. The pharmaceutical composition is good in stability, has a preparation process suitable for industrial production with a simple formula, and is compatible with a clinical administration route.
