It is known to take acetaminophen in combination with ibuprofen. It can be a problem, or at least a disadvantage, if these substances do not act fast enough in the body. It is an object of the invention to go at least some way towards addressing this. According to the invention there is a solid oral dosage 5 form containing 325 mg (± 5%) of acetaminophen and 97.5 mg (± 5%) of ibuprofen or 500 mg (± 5%) of acetaminophen and 150 mg (± 5%) of ibuprofen, wherein the ibuprofen has a [D50] between 1 and 9 pm. 0
