An objective of the present invention is to obtain a stable crystal form of 5-chloro-6-(2-iminopyrrolidin-1-yl)methyl-2,4(1H,3H)-pyrim idinedione hydrochloride. The present invention provides a crystal of 5-chloro-6-(2-iminopyrrolidin-1-yl)methyl-2,4(1H,3H)-pyrim idinedione hydrochloride exhibiting characteristic peaks at two or more angles selected from the group consisting of 10.5, 19.6, 23.7, 26.2, and 31.2as a diffraction angle (20 ± 0.10) in powder X-ray diffraction.
