INTRAURINARY SYSTEMS, IUD INSERTION DEVICES, AND RELATED METHODS AND KITS THEREFOR An insertion device (600) comprising: an elongated sheath (632) having a proximal end (10) and a distal end (20) and a lumen extending between the proximal end (10) and the distal end (20); an elongated inner member (634) having a proximal end and a distal end disposable within at least a portion of the lumen of the elongated sheath (632); a housing (635) comprising a proximally positioned user interface; and an actuatable sheath control button associated with the proximally positioned user interface in communication with the elongated sheath (632) wherein the actuatable sheath control button is adaptable and configurable to controls axial movement of the elongated sheath (632) wherein the elongated sheath (632) extends distally from the proximally positioned user interface, and wherein the sheath control button causes the elongated sheath (632) to proximally retract when the sheath control button is actuated.
