Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing glaucoma, comprising a pyridylamino acetic acid compound represented by general formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. In formula (1), R, R, and R each independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; Y represents a group: -Q-Q (wherein Q represents an arylene group or the like; and Q represents a group such as an aromatic ring group which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like) or a dicyclic heteroaromatic ring which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like; and Z represents a group such as an aromatic ring group which may be substituted by a halogen atom or the like.
