Do I need an API key?

No. All feed URLs are free, public, no API key required. Reasonable burst limits via edge cache.

Copy the generated URL → paste into your RSS reader (Feedly, Inoreader, NewsBlur, NetNewsWire, Reeder). Or paste into IFTTT/Zapier with a "new RSS item → Slack/email/sheet" trigger.

Can I combine multiple filters?

Yes. All filters AND-combine. E.g. company=pfizer + area=oncology + phase=phase_3 gives only Pfizer Phase 3 oncology drugs.

How often does the feed update?

Every 15 minutes from primary sources. Each feed is cached at the edge for 15 minutes to keep your reader from polling our origin.
