Mechanism of action
Umckamin, derived from Pelargonium sidoides root extract, stimulates innate immune responses including increased production of cytokines and enhanced phagocytic activity. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that help reduce symptoms and duration of upper and lower respiratory tract infections.
