Mechanism of action
This topical dental product contains calcium phosphate (in the form of CPP-ACP, casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate) combined with fluoride. The CPP-ACP complex stabilizes calcium and phosphate ions, promoting their deposition into demineralized tooth structure, while fluoride enhances remineralization by forming fluorapatite, a more acid-resistant mineral phase.
