S-1 is a small molecule used to treat unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic adenocarcinomas of the stomach, gastroesophageal junction, esophagus, and stomach. It has been studied in a clinical trial as part of a de-escalation regimen, which also included chemotherapy by investigator's choice and Samalizumab.
