Mechanism of action
Metamizole and diclofenac work through inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes to reduce prostaglandin production, thereby decreasing inflammation and pain signaling. Morphine acts as a mu-opioid receptor agonist in the central nervous system to modulate pain perception at multiple levels. Together, these agents provide multimodal analgesia for moderate to severe pain management.
