Mechanism of action
NeutraLice is a topical pediculicide formulation designed to treat head lice infestations. The lotion typically contains active ingredients that work by disrupting the louse nervous system or creating an occlusive barrier that prevents respiration. Application to affected hair and scalp areas allows the active ingredient to penetrate the louse exoskeleton and nits, leading to paralysis and death.
