Lenalidomide and R-CHOP

Lenalidomide is a small molecule inhibitor of the CRL4(CRBN) E3 ubiquitin ligase. It is used in combination with R-CHOP (a chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and other medications) to treat various types of lymphoma, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, and marginal zone lymphoma.
