Ixazomib is a small molecule inhibitor of the CRL4(CRBN) E3 ubiquitin ligase. Ixazomib is used in combination with low-dose lenalidomide, a CRL4(CRBN) E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor, for the treatment of conditions such as multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
