Mechanism of action
IBI303 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1). By blocking PD-1, the drug prevents tumor cells from suppressing T cell-mediated immunity, allowing the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells more effectively. This mechanism is similar to other checkpoint inhibitors in clinical use.
