Mechanism of action
Genteal is a topical ophthalmic lubricant containing hypromellose and other demulcents that mimic natural tear film. It adheres to the ocular surface to reduce evaporation, protect against irritation, and provide sustained hydration for patients with dry eye or reduced tear production.
