Mechanism of action
EndoSequence is a calcium silicate-based root canal sealer designed for endodontic therapy. It sets via a hydration reaction rather than a setting reaction dependent on moisture, allowing it to harden in the presence of moisture. The material is bioresorbable and promotes periapical healing through its bioactive properties.
