Mechanism of action
This is a non-medicated skincare cleanser that works through mechanical and chemical cleansing rather than a drug mechanism. It contains ceramides (lipids that support skin barrier function) and hyaluronic acid (a humectant that draws moisture into the skin), allowing it to cleanse without disrupting the natural skin barrier or causing excessive dryness.
