Mechanism of action
Bone marrow concentrate is an autologous cell therapy containing hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and various cytokines that stimulate angiogenesis, reduce inflammation, and promote differentiation into tissue-specific cell types. When applied to damaged tissues, these cells and factors facilitate endogenous repair mechanisms and tissue regeneration through paracrine signaling and direct cellular differentiation.
