Mechanism of action
This product harnesses the regenerative potential of autologous bone marrow cells, including mesenchymal stem cells and hematopoietic progenitors, along with their secreted bioactive factors. These cells and factors stimulate angiogenesis, reduce inflammation, and promote differentiation into tissue-specific cell types to facilitate healing of damaged bone and cartilage.
