Mechanism of action
This is a diagnostic laboratory test, not a pharmaceutical drug. A blood sample is drawn and analyzed to assess liver function by measuring levels of enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT), bilirubin, albumin, and other hepatic markers. It is used to detect liver disease, monitor drug toxicity, and evaluate overall hepatic health in clinical trials and patient care.
