Mechanism of action
This is achieved through the inhibition of the angiotensin II type 1 receptor, which is a key component of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. By blocking this receptor, Alphintern reduces the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, leading to a decrease in blood pressure.
